THE COMPANY
Our client is a well-established bespoke housing developer who is based in the Cheshire area. Due to a large increase in their workload they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to work on a private residential development in the Knutsford area.
THE ROLE
You will be tasked with successfully delivering a mixed development of 3 and 4 bedroom units all their own individual bespoke design. The development is part way through and has about 9 months to completion.
You will be reporting directly to a Contracts Manager, ensuring the smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors.
Oversee the day to day operations of the development and monitor progress
Manage to budget and complete within agreed deadlines
Manage, motivate and appraise team members
Maintaining Health and Safety
Weekly update to Contracts Manager
ABOUT YOU
As a Site Manager you will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressured environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines in a high specification environment. Ideally you will have previous experience working on similar bespoke new builds, however experience working for a respectable residential developer will suffice.
