THE COMPANY
Our client is a Preston based Regional contractor who has been awarded a new build school in the Blackburn area. Owing to this workload they are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong Civil background.
THE ROLE
Your role will be to successfully manage and deliver the Groundworks Package, overseeing and managing the appointed Sub-Contractors. You will also be required to do the basic setting out and provide technical assistant when needed.
ABOUT YOU
You will have an Engineering Degree or similar level qualification and must be able to read and understand the drawings. You will have a proven track record managing similar projects and also must supply references for your setting out work.
