THE COMPANY
We are looking for a Labourer to work in the Bury area on an ongoing basis working for a local housing company.
THE ROLE
You will be working in occupied houses ripping out kitchen and bathrooms and preparing the rooms for installation of the new ones. All the work being internal and you will be supplied with the hand tools you need to carry out the works.
All of the work will be in the Bury area, however you will need to drive and have your own transport as you will be moving around the different streets. You will be working Monday to Friday 08.00 – 16.00 early finish Fridays at 3.30.
General Labour Duties including ripping out
Emptying the waste in the skips & bins provided
Keeping the rooms clean & tidy
ABOUT YOU
You must have previous experience working within the construction industry and back that up with recent working references.
You be capable of manual work and a flexible approach towards carrying out a range of tasks. You should be a team worker with have good verbal communication skills and a can-do approach to help resolve problems.
